A new locally owned coffee shop called Pembroke Perk officially opened its doors at 245 Main Street on May 2, bringing specialty coffee, pastries, and a cozy community gathering space to downtown Pembroke.
Owners Emily and Mark Thompson, longtime Pembroke residents, said they wanted to create a welcoming spot for neighbors to connect. The shop features locally roasted beans from a South Shore roastery and donates 5% of profits to local nonprofits.
Hours are 6:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. daily.
