Published:

The Pembroke School Committee voted 5-0 on May 7 to adopt a new K-8 STEM curriculum beginning in the 2026-27 school year.

The updated program, developed with input from teachers and parents, emphasizes hands-on learning, coding, and real-world problem solving. It will replace the current science and technology frameworks.

Superintendent Dr. Jennifer Walsh said the new curriculum aligns with state standards and prepares students for future careers in science and technology fields.
