Article 12 on the Annual Town Meeting warrant proposes the construction of a new 12,000-square-foot Senior Center at a cost of $4.8 million. The current center, built in 1982, has outgrown its space.
The proposal includes a community room, fitness area, and commercial kitchen. A 30-year bond is being considered.
