Residents and contractors can now apply for building, electrical, plumbing, and other permits entirely online through the town’s new permitting portal.
The system, powered by ViewPoint Cloud, allows users to track application status in real time, upload documents, and pay fees electronically. The portal went live on May 6 and has already processed over 40 applications.
Paper applications will still be accepted at the Building Department, but officials strongly encourage the online option for faster processing.
